Team Manager: Dave McFarland

Dave McFarland works as the front office for the team. He has been teaching at Parkway South for 30+ years. During those 30 years, he has been a coach in the baseball program, as well as coaching softball for 20 years, and football for 10. His son, Aidan, is the head coach of Post 208 Baseball. Dave graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Health and Physical Education, He also his masters in Education from Missouri Baptist University.

Head Coach: Aidan McFarland

Coach McFarland just finished his first year as the head coach of Manchester Post 208 with a 7-8-1 overall record, finishing 6-2-1 in district play, along with a 1st place finish. He played 3 years with the team and graduated from Lutheran South in 2023. He is also an assistant softball coach at Parkway South, while also helping the baseball programs at Parkway South and Missouri Baptist University.

1st Base Coach/Associate Head Coach: Alex Reed

Coach Reed began his 2nd stint with the program this year. He graduated from Parkway South and played with Post 208 Baseball.

Pitching Coach: Kyle Marquart

Coach Marquart is an active pitcher at Missouri Baptist University. He is from Florida and just finished his first year of coaching.

Bench Coach: Christian Dacus

Coach Dacus did not play with Post 208 but instead played with Chesterfield. He graduated from Parkway South and joined the program this year.

Hitting Coach/AA 3rd base coach: Kevin Cooney

Coach Cooney is a pitcher at Missouri Baptist University. He graduated from CBC in 2023 and joined the program this year.

AA Head Coach: Carter Beiermann

Coach Beiermann played for Post 208 prior to coaching. He graduated from Parkway South in 2021 and is going into year 4 on the coaching staff.

AA Assistant Coach: Terry Cancila

Coach Cancila is the most experienced coach on the staff. He has been coaching for 10+ years and has worked with kids of all ages.
